We are looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you have a background in customer support and a passion for health, we would love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for becoming an expert on our services to inform potential patients and assist them in navigating our platform. You will also support patients throughout their journey with us through various communication channels, collaborate closely with the management and clinical team to deliver seamless care, and maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

To succeed in this role, you will need fluency in Spanish and English (advanced level), at least 6-12 months of experience in customer service, and prior experience in healthcare is a plus. A high school diploma is required; any health-related certifications are a plus. You must have a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to listen well, explain things clearly, and troubleshoot problems easily.

Tuyo Health offers a competitive monthly salary: COP $2,880,000, plus performance-based perks. You will work from home anywhere in Colombia, and enjoy full-time hours (40 hours per week).
