Role Overview
The People Experience Manager in Colombia will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies to support the country's growth objectives. This includes developing and executing plans to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall HR performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR processes and policies aligned with our growth strategy.
  • Counsel and collaborate with Colombia's leadership team to ensure HR strategies are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and execute programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall HR performance.
  • Lead labor affairs and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Build and grow a high-performing local PX team.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in HR, including 3 years in a senior HR position within a growing organization.
  • Proven track record of improving HR efficiency, addressing recruitment and retention challenges, and driving cultural transformation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
