Job Description:

At Adcomm MDU, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Lead Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, focusing on outbound prospecting to find potential clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide visionary support to the sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a customer-centric culture.
  2. Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate individual performance.
  3. Implement effective systems for developing sales leads, provide feedback, and issue resolution.
  4. Continuously assess and enhance lead generation processes to meet and exceed company expectations.
  5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  7. Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and live chats.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure consistency and adherence to company policies and standards.
  9. Utilize customer insights and data to identify sales opportunities.
  10. Communicate performance metrics and trends to senior leadership.
  11. Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads across various channels, including corporate databases.
  12. Initiate contact and assess the qualification of leads through professional communication methods such as phone calls and emails.
  13. Establish and maintain new databases of leads and prospects.
  14. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to formulate and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  15. Methodically analyze and report on lead generation metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  16. Stay on top of industry trends and adhere to best practices for continuous improvement in lead generation efforts.
  17. Provide exemplary customer service to prospects and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  18. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet stringent deadlines.
