As a Customer Support Associate, you will act as the initial point of contact for customers seeking assistance with software-related issues, providing superior support experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service through consistent and thoughtful behavior aligned with our values.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, offering guidance and solutions.
  3. Diagnose basic technical issues related to proprietary software solutions.
  4. Collaborate with peers to efficiently resolve issues.
  5. Route complex issues to higher-level resources when necessary.
  6. Gather and document customer issue information accurately.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software applications.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • English language proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Universidad or technical education.
  • Three years of experience.
