Abuse Prevention Specialist

ColombiaHosting SAS is seeking a highly skilled Trust and Safety Analyst to investigate, mitigate and respond to reports of abuse across our global network. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Promptly process abuse reports efficiently and in line with company policies and guidelines, working closely with the Head of Trust and Safety.
• Assist colleagues with abuse issues, acting as a point of contact for our support teams to review suspicious accounts.
• Identify pain points related to abuse management and propose solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure abuse is promptly shut down on our network.

• English proficiency (interview conducted in English)
