Job Function: Software & Cloud Services

SoftwareOne is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Bogotá.

Scope: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational stability, guaranteeing the proper functioning of technological tools.
  • Act as the direct liaison with the client, managing service evolution and proposing operational improvements.
  • Ensure project margin and report progress to the unit director.
Requirements:

Profile: Systems Engineering professional or related fields with proven experience in infrastructure project management.

Required Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience in managing technological projects using PMI and ITIL methodologies, ensuring objectives and optimizing resources, time, and budget.
  • Experience in the direct management of processes with the client.
  • English level B2+
