- Exceptional written and spoken English;
- 2+ years experience managing technology-enabled change projects from initiation to benefit realization;
- Experience deploying new applications to end users;
- Experience working across a matrix organization, with involvement of various Team Leads, technical resources, as well as working with external vendors;
- Experience driving successful project completion across multiple countries, time zones, and cultures;
- Experience working within a professional service firm;
- Deep knowledge of A&T services;
- SCRUM/AGILE qualifications and experience;
