Job Title: Expense Management Specialist

Adidas GBS is seeking a highly skilled Expense Management Specialist to join our team in Bogotá. As a key member of our Global Business Services team, you will be responsible for providing guidance on Travel and Expense (T&E) processes and policies to internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute activities to ensure prompt payment to employees for valid expenses.
  • Act as a single point of contact to provide guidance to internal customers on T&E processes and policies and resolve queries.
  • Facilitate the efficient use of the Concur system.
  • Strive for compliance of T&E policy.
  • Perform standard support activities, review queries for all relevant process areas.
  • Conduct research for existing tickets, resolve and send resolutions back to requester where possible or escalate tickets and inform users on lead times.
  • Identify potential problems and/or delays in resolution and notify internal customer.
  • Drive continuous improvement in T&E operations developing ideas and recommendations based on most common issues.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date desktop procedures for Expense Management end-to-end process.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with Concur.

Requisite Education and Experience:
  • University degree or equivalent experience, preferable in accounting or business.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Direct functional experience (Travel & Expenses).
