Position Overview

We are seeking top-tier talent in the industry to facilitate Bizagi's swift expansion across Latam. As an Accounting & Tax Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting local tax operations and accounting processes in alignment with the company's policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate registration of accounts payable to suppliers.
  • Oversee the management and control of fixed assets.
  • Input all financial data accurately.
  • Analyze monthly financial information.
  • Prepare detailed expense reports.
  • Conduct monthly direct tax account reconciliations and necessary adjusting journal entries.
  • Assist with local and corporate tax audits.
  • Calculate various taxes (ICA, VAT, Rete-fuente, etc.).
  • Prepare reports for the DIAN and municipalities (medios magneticos).
  • Compile tax returns and supporting documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in local taxation law, including tax audits, compliance, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of IFRS.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP (desirable).
  • Experience with Workday ERP (desirable).
