- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
- Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of Salesforce-based products and services.
- Custom Solution Development: Develop custom solutions for internal use and client projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring high-quality solutions.
- Client Community Management: Design and manage client community pages, providing a seamless user experience.
- Project Ownership: Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- 6+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced English language proficiency (C1 level).
- Experience working on projects of various sizes.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience with APEX, LWC, and LWR.
- Strong HTML and CSS knowledge.
- Previous web design experience.
- Experience with Aura Components.
