Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team at VRP Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Salesforce configurations and automations using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder
  • Develop and deploy Salesforce platform solutions
  • Coding and development according to current industry standards and best practices
  • Sustain and expand relationships with clients
  • Identify internal strategies to grow Salesforce-based products
  • Manage and develop custom solutions for internal use and client projects
  • Improve existing functionalities to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with QA team to identify and resolve bugs
  • Design and manage client community pages
  • Own project work and ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Advanced English level (C1) is a must
  • Experience participating in projects of various sizes
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Previous exposure to APEX, LWC, and LWR
  • Strong HTML and CSS knowledge
  • Salesforce Certified
Nice to Have:
  • Previous Web design exposure would be a plus
  • Previous experience with Aura Components
  • Degree in a relevant field
  • JavaScript understanding
  • Experience with Copado
