About the Role:
Blackstone Medical Services is seeking a skilled Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, human resources, or a related field, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, using a variety of instructional techniques and multimedia resources.
- Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Advanced English level (B2).
