**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant at Mercer.

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office, with flexibility to work remotely. As an Executive Assistant, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations for our Senior Business Leaders by providing administrative support, including travel arrangements, calendar management, expense tracking, project management, document preparation, and correspondence.
