Key Responsibilities- Conduct follow-up with customers to resolve pending inspections, reschedule appointments, and verify coverage.
- Collaborate with NV teams to facilitate pending and scheduling verifications.
- Schedule appointments and manage inbound calls for scheduling queues.
- Resolve escalations related to pending/scheduling issues from other departments.
- Investigate and resolve data issues on customer job records.
- Perform OEM verification and ordering activities as required by the team's weekly schedule.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages.
