Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engagement Manager to join our LATAM team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large ITSM implementations and managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large ITSM implementations and manage projects from start to finish
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage project teams and ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage project risks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • ServiceNow Sys Admin Certification (desired)
  • SCRUM Master or PMP Certification (a plus)
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies (strongly preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally for large ITSM implementations
  • PM experience with application development projects
  • Experience in the calculation and management of KPIs
  • Experience working as a direct point of contact with external, English-speaking clients
  • Experience working in Bilingual Environments
  • Able to take control of the project independently
  • Able to speak up and bring ideas and opinions to clients when needed
  • Very proactive
  • Experience with risk management
  • English level: B2+
