Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates directly with product teams to address support inquiries
- Assesses requests, resolves minor issues, and submits engineering tickets
- Possesses a foundational understanding of support procedures and operates within a production setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in English is required
• Basic familiarity with Javascript frameworks is required
• Understanding of CSS and HTML is preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred
