We are seeking a skilled Logistics Carrier Development Specialist to join our team at Charger Logistics Inc. As a key member of our logistics services and management team, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and managing new carriers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with new carriers and identify their strengths
  • Match available carrier capacity with existing lane needs
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers
  • Maximize carrier relationships, reduce costs, improve service, and increase carrier capacity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or brokerage
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exercise judgment and discretion
