Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our engineering team at Coltalentos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development of our Mobile APPs, utilizing your expertise in Flutter and Android/iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. APP Development: Participate in the entire APP lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality Mobile APPs.
  2. Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to develop functional APPs, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  3. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug APPs to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  4. Performance Optimization: Perform service tests to optimize APP performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  5. Technology Advancement: Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and innovations.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing features on Web APPs and Responsive versions of APPs.
  7. Requirements Gathering: Gather and address technical and design requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams, promoting knowledge sharing and expertise.
  9. Code Reusability: Build reusable code and libraries for future use, optimizing development efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
  10. Feature Identification: Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features and opportunities for improvement.
  11. Technology Watch: Follow emerging technologies and industry trends, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven work experience as a Mobile APP developer in both Android and iOS platforms.
  2. Technical Skills: Experience with React Native and/or Flutter, understanding of mobile app design guidelines, and proficiency with writing automated tests.
  3. API and Networking: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking.
  4. Version Control: Familiarity with Git.
  5. Push Notifications: Experience with push notifications.
  6. Profiling and Debugging: Experience with profiling and debugging Mobile applications.
  7. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and time management skills, teamwork skills, and a problem-solving attitude.
  8. Education: Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field (not required but preferred).
  9. Software Architecture: Ability to use patterns on software architecture definitions.
