About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our engineering team at Coltalentos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Application Development: Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
  2. Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to develop functional applications.
  3. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure they meet our company's standards.
  4. Performance Optimization: Perform service tests to optimize application performance and user experience.
  5. Technology Advancement: Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing web applications and responsive versions of applications.
  7. Requirements Gathering: Gather and address technical and design requirements to ensure applications meet our company's needs.
  8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure they have the necessary skills to work with our applications.
  9. Code Reusability: Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  10. Feature Identification: Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features and improve existing ones.
  11. Technology Awareness: Follow emerging technologies and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven work experience as a mobile application developer in both Android and iOS.
  2. Technical Skills: Experience with React Native and/or Flutter, understanding of mobile app design guidelines, and proficiency with writing automated tests.
  3. API Knowledge: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking.
  4. Version Control: Familiarity with Git.
  5. Push Notifications: Familiarity with push notifications.
  6. Debugging: Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications.
  7. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and time management skills, teamwork skills, and a problem-solving attitude.
  8. Education: Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field is relevant but not required.
  9. Software Architecture: Ability to use patterns on software architecture definitions.
