Medical Management Opportunity in Colombia

We are currently seeking a qualified Medical Manager to work in Bogota, Colombia.
This role involves supporting the design, implementation, and execution of Medical Affairs plans for assigned Therapy Areas, providing scientific information, and building an educational dialogue with KOLs and regulatory stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to medical enquiries in a high-quality, timely manner, and in accordance with applicable standards; establish response documents for frequently asked questions.
- Provide medical/scientific input into the development and execution of clinical trial or clinical research related activities, including initiation and oversight of clinical studies / clinical research within the respective therapeutic area.
- Support country strategy for Non-Interventional Studies/Investigator Initiated Trial activities.
- Coordinate review and approval of medical materials and locally developed promotional materials; ensure medical materials provided from global or region for partner engagement and events are tailored to local needs and reviewed/approved by local guidelines.
- Ensure medical insights are provided to cross-functional groups, including Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory affairs, Market Access, QA, Commercial teams, Brand team and others.
- Identify and assess risks, plan mitigation strategies, and implement and monitor internal controls within the area of responsibilities.
Requirements:
- A university degree in life science is mandatory, and a physician (MD) is desirable.
- Validated experience in similar roles.
- Strong partnership skills.
- Deep understanding of national healthcare systems.
- Proficient in English & Spanish.
- Cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic mindset and agile learning capabilities.
- Availability to perform up to 30% of fieldwork.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $110,000 and $123,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
