The Role
We are seeking an experienced Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at FullStack Labs. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and closing new meetings within an established ideal customer profile. You'll become an expert at researching nuances within our profiles that make someone a great fit for our services, following a proven process for cold prospecting using video, email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling. You'll schedule meetings for our Director of Inside Sales and have opportunities for promotion as you learn more about our company and services.
Your Responsibilities
* Identify, contact, and close new meetings within an established ICP
* Become an expert at researching nuances within our profiles
* Follow a proven process for cold prospecting
* Schedule meetings for our Director of Inside Sales
What We're Looking For
* +1 year of experience as an SDR, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry
* Hunter mentality with expertise in identifying and prospecting new accounts
* Successful completion of a four-year college degree
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
* Resilience and ability to fail forward
* Competitive nature with high energy and self-starting capabilities
