This role requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trust & Safety Specialist. As a key member of our Claims and Trust team, you will be responsible for resolving complex customer claims, escalated disputes, and social media risk with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and evaluate customer damage/lost item claims and provide 100% accurate claim settlements
  • Provide support throughout the claims process and own monetary compensation escalations via phone or email
  • Moderate comments on social media and provide support for customers

Requirements:

  • Availability to work on weekends required
  • At least 1 year of experience in claims or trust & safety
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
