Job Summary

As a key member of the Publicis Global Delivery team, you will play a vital role in supporting our media and finance teams by handling various functions involved in the media billing process and other administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with agency support services and vendors to resolve media billing discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
  • Process credits and manage client purchase orders and YTD media and fee billing.
  • Support vendor compliance processes and maintain accurate records of media authorizations.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery reports, and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Build collaborative and trust-based relationships with Media teammates and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Attend regular team status meetings and participate in the generation and analysis of reports on invoice processing.
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies and financial regulations, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Maintain organized records of all invoices and reconciliation activities, and provide timely support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
  • Intermediate to advanced expertise in Microsoft Office software, particularly Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups).
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and effective time management.
