About the Role

The Business Intelligence Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing a team of analysts and ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to meet client demands. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to manage client expectations and negotiate project scope, timelines, and budgets. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will help drive business decisions and inform strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of analysts, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet client requirements and deliver quality results
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize team efficiency, productivity, and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and team performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in team management, preferably in a marketing research or business intelligence role
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing research, with a focus on analytics and data interpretation
  • Fluent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to work in a virtual environment and collaborate with global teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
