As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth, expanding market share, and fostering strategic relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Leadership and Strategy: Ensure the sustainability and structure of the Sales and Customer Service department align with the company's guidelines, procedures, and values.
- Process Alignment: Guarantee that local processes are in line with the company's compliance policies and LATAM processes.
- Account Management: Manage projects, accounts, and commercial activities for SCO, leveraging available financial, operational, and market information.
- Sales Execution: Plan and execute sales activities, ensuring the sale of available products and/or services, in the quantities and values outlined in the annual sales plan, under the conditions defined by the company, at the lowest possible cost.
- Customer Service: Properly structure customer service activities under the conditions defined by the company, at the lowest possible cost.
- Business Development: Coordinate business opportunities and issues to ensure the implementation of short, medium, and long-term strategies with key national clients.
- Team Enablement: Provide the subordinate team and reseller/supplier network with the necessary materials, technology, and training to perform their activities effectively.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market data in relation to customer needs, anticipate future market trends, and prepare contingency plans.
- Pipeline Development: Establish long-term commercial relationships with strategically important clients.
- Performance Measurement: Create sales and customer service goals, as well as market share targets, for the team and assigned accounts.
- Strategic Growth: Lead Sysmex's growth process in Colombia, ensuring that your team has the necessary support to achieve this goal.
