Commercial Development Director

Kersia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Development Director to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, relationship building and strategic planning, with a proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that expand our customer base and drive company growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business partner opportunities, negotiate contracts, pricing and business terms to maximise profitability
- Develop Strategic Plans: Develop and implement market sales plans that align with company goals
- Analyse Market Trends: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for expansion
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' prior industry related business development experience
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented, with the ability to self manage
- Availability to travel throughout the Latam region
