About the Role:
We're seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to amplify our brand's presence on LinkedIn and engage with a professional audience. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll develop innovative strategies to capture and nurture leads through social media channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Use insights to optimize strategies, enhance engagement, and drive lead generation efforts.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead-gen campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams. Identify and leverage opportunities to capture leads through social media platforms.
  • Community Management: Expand and manage social media communities by engaging with followers across platforms. Foster positive relationships through prompt responses to messages, comments, and inquiries.
  • Content Creation: Design and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting. Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and relevant content tailored to our audience.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals, with a strong focus on LinkedIn as a key channel for thought leadership and business growth.

Requirements:

  • Up to 3 years of proven experience managing and growing professional LinkedIn profiles.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Active LinkedIn presence and a keen interest in staying ahead of social media trends.

Salary: $12000 USD per annum (approximately $1000 USD monthly) based on industry standards and market conditions. This compensation package reflects the value we place on your expertise and contributions to our team's success.
