Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled Digital Product Innovator to join our Canada product team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for driving end-to-end product experiences, designing, building, and launching new capabilities. Your focus will be on launching enhancements and new products in partnership with other product managers and engineers. You'll help ideate on product enhancements, prioritize, and lead delivery. Additionally, you'll contribute to prioritizing the Canada Product Roadmap and lead delivery of key enhancements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, support, risk, legal, data, etc.) to achieve company-wide objectives.
- Conduct primary and secondary research, including consumer-facing surveys, to determine competitive benchmarking/market trends and refine Sezzle's strategic and market position.
- Analyze current customer/merchant user journeys and recommend improvements for critical points of communication.
- Drive product development by building end-to-end solutions with engineers and designers.
- Use data to communicate prioritization of products, features, and projects to key stakeholders.
What You'll Need: To succeed in this role, you'll require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the payments or fintech industry, is essential. Strong leadership skills, proficiency in SQL, and 2+ years of experience using qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customers' insights are also required. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical and data visualization skills, with the ability to translate product needs into technology requirements.
Compensation: This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous retirement plan.
