As a critical member of the finance team, this individual will oversee the complete and accurate accounting for all inter and intra company process flows for stock and non-stock transactions.

  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's level degree in accounting or finance, with a strong background in Intercompany accounting, team leadership, and analytical skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP, and MS Office, particularly Excel, is also required.

  Key responsibilities will include:

  •     Creating intercompany charge outs and corresponding charge ins
  •     Reconciling out-of-balances and monitoring ageing
  •     Performing balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with SLA commitments
  •     Ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations
  •     Driving process improvements and identifying opportunities for efficiency
