About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar & Scheduling Management: Regularly review the CEO's calendar 1-3 weeks ahead, identify potential conflicts, and proactively resolve them. Schedule, reschedule, and cancel meetings as needed, set up reminders, and follow up on important deadlines.
  • Inbox & Communication Management: Monitor, filter, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO when necessary. Draft professional emails and messages, flag urgent communications, and ensure timely responses.
  • Task & Project Management: Track and follow up on action items from meetings, maintain and update task lists in ClickUp, and coordinate projects with internal team members or external vendors.
  • Administrative & Financial Support: Process expense reports and reimbursements, pay bills, track payment deadlines, reconcile credit card statements, and categorize expenses.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an executive assistant role
  • Excellent C1 level English written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, ClickUp, or similar tools
  • Experience working in FinTech is a plus
