Job Description

As a Property Management Assistant, you'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, high-performing short-term rental operation. Your role is crucial in maintaining the company's stellar occupancy rates and reputation for excellence. You'll manage guest communications, bookings, and property logistics across multiple platforms, with a focus on Airbnb.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promptly respond to guest inquiries, maintaining the company's reputation for quick response times
  • Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs for a diverse portfolio of properties
  • Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure properties are impeccably prepared for guests
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market demand and competitor analysis
  • Monitor and update property listings across various booking platforms
  • Handle guest issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage a mix of short-term (daily, weekly) and long-term (monthly, up to 5 months) bookings
  • Contribute to the company's market analysis and growth strategies
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work full-time, with flexibility for extended hours as needed
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a quick learning aptitude
  • Customer-centric mindset with a knack for problem-solving
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
  • Adaptability to handle a diverse range of properties and guest needs
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, as well as with property management software and tools
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
