Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Management Coordinator to support our growing Airbnb business. This role focuses on guest communication, property management, and operational support to ensure exceptional service and smooth daily operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Property Manager, or Customer Service Specialist, preferably in the short-term rental or hospitality industry. Hands-on experience with Airbnb tools and processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest communication through Airbnb, email, and phone, providing professional and courteous responses to inquiries and booking requests.
  • Schedule and coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to prepare properties for guests, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor inventory levels to maintain stocked properties and conduct virtual inspections to confirm property readiness.
Booking & Calendar Management:
  • Optimize occupancy rates by managing booking calendars and minimizing vacancies.
  • Oversee check-in and check-out processes, providing detailed instructions to guests, and utilize dynamic pricing tools to adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, and competition.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, expenses, income, and guest feedback, tracking and analyzing reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Update property listings with fresh descriptions, photos, and details, ensuring they remain attractive to potential guests.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Airbnb platform tools and property management software (e.g., Guesty, Hospitable, or Smartbnb).
  • Familiarity with dynamic pricing tools (e.g., PriceLabs) and calendar management systems.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annumBenefits:
