Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales and marketing initiatives in Central America, Puerto Rico, and Ecuador
  • Collaborate with distributors to meet sales objectives and promote our solutions portfolio
  • Provide technical and commercial assistance to distributors in assigned territories
  • Maintain consistent communication with distributors to assess performance and implement necessary adjustments
  • Generate forecasts and performance reports regularly
  • Oversee the WebChat platform for the Latin American region and manage lead distribution effectively
  • Act as a CRM Champion for Latin America, assisting countries with opportunity and lead management
  • Support marketing efforts, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-focused approach
  • Minimum of 10 years of B2B technical sales experience with premium products
  • Expertise in value-added and consultative selling
  • In-depth knowledge of pump systems
  • Proficiency in Dynamics CRM and experience in marketing and social selling
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and a passion for sales
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and oral); English proficiency is a plus
