Job Opportunity: SAP Solution Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Delivery Expert to join our team. As an SAP Solutions Expert, you will play a key technical role in implementing and maintaining SAP S/4HANA solutions for Forecast to Produce processes.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades, and cloud migrations. You will design, implement, and maintain SAP PP, SAP-PPPI, and PPDS solutions, delivering business value through projects, maintenance, and innovations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Architecture: Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and recommendations from FTP area. Design and architect solutions that meet the needs of global business stakeholders.
• Business Value Delivery: Commit and deliver business value through FTP solutions, covering blueprinting, designing, development, demos, reviews, testing, defect resolutions, and documentation.
• Troubleshooting and Incident Management: Troubleshoot incidents in FTP area by analysis, debugging, SAP research, and timely implementation of solutions to avoid adverse business impact.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designing, specifying, documenting, testing, and guiding SAP technical developers for custom object development.
• Solution Documentation and Knowledge Management: Ensure high-quality, up-to-date solution documentation, knowledge base, and known error database (KEDB). Track and improve team knowledge for effective issue analysis and troubleshooting.
• Problem Management and Continuous Improvement: Drive problem management and continuous improvement, analyzing trends, automating processes, building reusable assets, and focusing on reducing monthly incident volumes.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP platform for Forecast to Produce solutions – PPDS (on S4), SAP PP, and SAP PPPI. SAP IBP (desired, not must).
• Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience with large end-to-end implementations, SAP upgrades, cloud migrations, and S/4HANA conversions.
• Functional Consulting: Experience as an SAP functional consultant, collaborating with technical teams, and troubleshooting live systems.
• Industry Standards and Best Practices: Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards.
• Professional Development: Continuous learning mindset and commitment to professional development.
• Certifications: SAP certifications (desired but not mandatory).

Work Arrangement and Location:

• Hybrid Work: Hybrid work from our Plant in Tocancipa (flexible arrangement)
• Flexible Working Hours: Flexible working hours
• Travel: Travel – subject to key projects, usually up to 2 weeks

• Required Qualifications: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA / MCA / Postgraduate
