We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Mid-Mid+ Wells Analyst with a strong English level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all assigned artificial lift systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Dispatch personnel to assess and diagnose offline wells, minimizing downtime and optimizing production.
- Maintain accurate records of well downtime and status, providing valuable insights for operations optimization.
- Request and coordinate with vendors or engineering teams to repair or troubleshoot wells, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Support operations during major upset events, such as shut-ins of multiple wells, and ensure a smooth transition to normal operations.
- Verify injection conformance for rate and pressure, ensuring optimal well performance.
- Respond promptly to and assess well-alarms, taking swift action to prevent potential issues.
- Provide weekend, night, and holiday support, as scheduled, to ensure continuous operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in oilfield operations, with a strong background in well operations.
- Familiarity with Production Optimization Control (POC) software and systems, such as XSPOC.
- Previous experience as a wells analyst or in a similar role.
- Field well operations experience, with a strong understanding of well dynamics and behavior.
- Knowledge of dynamometer card interpretation and its application in well operations.
- Strong understanding of rod pump wells, POCs, and associated equipment, as well as other artificial lift systems like ESP, jet pump, PCP, and plunger lift.
