Job Description:

The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for maximizing sales performance and developing effective account business plans in line with the company's marketing and product strategy.

This role involves analyzing territory performance, defining action plans, and implementing local marketing strategies to drive market share and maximize sales outcomes.

  • Achieving Sales Goals: The successful candidate will work towards achieving sales goals set by the organization, prioritizing activities that drive market share, and applying marketing and business strategy/tactics to maximize sales outcomes.
  • Business Planning: Develops and executes a territory plan, analyzes data to identify viable opportunities, and coordinates available resources.
  • Leveraging Resources: Takes a lead role in mobilizing resources, uses them in an innovative and impactful way, and collaborates with internal teams and cross-functional partners to advance programs and initiatives.
  • Closely tracks the progress of new patients starting treatment.
  • Maintains Best-in-Class Knowledge: Demonstrates industry-leading understanding of disease state, products, clinical practices, market dynamics, and healthcare systems.
  • Keeps timely documentation and provides inputs required for planning and coordination.
