Auxis LLC is seeking a skilled Benefits Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our benefits team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and resolving benefit-related variances assigned by the Senior Benefits Analyst. This hands-on position requires an organized and detail-oriented individual who can build carrier relationships, partner with Benefit Accountants, and ensure timely resolution to achieve minimal financial loss.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and respond to documented variances in CRM Systems until resolution is reached, including carrier contact, system setup review, internal reassignments, and other tasks as necessary.
- Develop and maintain outstanding benefit carrier relationships to ensure a trusted point of contact for timely resolution.
- Maintain open communication with the Benefits Accounting and Benefits Operations Teams on resolution matters.
- Own and maintain the resolution of benefit reconciling differences.
- Conduct detailed benefit plan audits as needed.
- Provide feedback to management on process improvements.
- Prepare accurate and effective documents relative to the benefits accounting function according to records retention policy.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a benefits-related role.
- Prior PEO experience in Benefits/Accounting is preferred.
Essential Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel skills.
- Benefit plan knowledge and familiarity with various benefit carrier invoices.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to manage sensitive client situations.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive material concerning the organization and its clients.
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks consistent with performance metrics established for the benefits reconciliation process.
