Key Responsibilities- Analyze and resolve benefit-related variances assigned by the Senior Benefits Analyst.
- Develop and maintain relationships with benefit carriers to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with Benefit Accountants to resolve reconciling differences and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct regular benefit plan audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a benefits-related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of benefit plans and carrier invoices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
