Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex HR projects, including compensation reviews, contract negotiations, and system implementations.
- Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Streamline HR operations to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Oversee PTO accruals, Leaves of Absence, US Payroll Processing, and Benefits Administration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR systems, Compensation Benchmarking, and various HR-related audits.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a multinational startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in HR systems, including BambooHR, Lever, Small Improvements, and CultureAmp.
- Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage complex projects with tight deadlines.
- Fluent English language proficiency, with Spanish and Portuguese language skills a plus.
