Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced PSP Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new Payment Service Providers (PSPs). This key role involves acting as the main point of contact for new PSPs, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process until the initial go-live phase.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the onboarding process for new PSP partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for new PSPs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all onboarding requirements are met
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and resources
- Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders regarding new PSP partners and their offerings
- Monitor the progress of the onboarding process and address any issues or delays promptly
- Continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback and best practices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years' experience in the gaming industry, preferably in payments
- Strong knowledge of international PSPs and cross-border payments
- Ability to maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders both external and internal
- Knowledge of onboarding and due diligence processes
- High-level awareness of PSP contract terms, rates, and service fees
- Interest in regulatory requirements in the payment processing industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of the English language - written and spoken
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Collaborative team player
