Your Role:

You will oversee the day-to-day and strategic operations of multiple accounts, consisting of teams of contact center agents, team leaders, and operations managers. This role will contribute to the growth of UnifyCX by partnering with and supporting the efforts of various departments and client success managers.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management: Provide inspired leadership and oversee the overall performance of teams, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and goals.
2. Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reducing costs and increasing productivity.
3. Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to drive business results.
4. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
5. Problem-Solving: Address complex problems and develop creative solutions, leveraging expertise and resources effectively.
6. Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date on company operations, systems, contract guidelines, and other required policies and procedures, applying this knowledge to drive business outcomes.
7. Confidentiality: Handle confidential information professionally, maintaining high standards of discretion and integrity.

Qualifications:

To be considered, you should have 5+ years of proven operations manager experience, along with excellent leadership and management abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office package are also essential. Experience in Six Sigma methodology is preferred.
