The successful candidate will lead a team of 4 analysts, reviewing privileged accesses and configurations on a scheduled basis to identify areas where access and configurations have been changed without cause. They will also be responsible for demonstrating security operation teams adhere to defined processes and procedures, supporting the achievement of the Bank's information security objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing operational practices, reporting gaps, and working with process owners to achieve resolution of any identified deficiencies
  • Identifying and managing compliance related issues, tracking of IT risks as well as other key performance indicators
  • Leading a team to investigate, escalate and track control deficiencies, ensuring action items and remediation plans are vigorously tracked to closure
  • Conducting detailed, risk-based evaluations/monitoring of Information Technology (IT) controls utilizing the Bank's information security standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of IT key controls and risk assessment concepts, as well as industry certifications like CISA, CRISC, or CISSP. You should also have a university degree or college diploma in a related field and 1-2 years of practical experience in information technology.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. You will also have opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.

Location:

This role is based in Bogota, Colombia, and requires non-standard hours. However, we offer flexible work arrangements, including home office options.
