Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Global Connections Specialist to assist in building and nurturing key professional connections. This role will involve managing personalized communication with our founders network, following up on candidate calls, and maintaining a highly organized CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Use pre-approved templates and create personalized follow-up messages for various contacts, checking in on updates, company milestones, or notable achievements.
  • Communication Management: Translate detailed notes from candidate calls into a CRM, maintaining accurate and organized records to optimize relationship tracking.
  • Candidate Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn and other social channels for updates from contacts, identifying opportunities to engage thoughtfully with comments or messages.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly summaries of relationship-building activities and suggest possible improvements to outreach processes.

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role with a focus on client engagement and CRM management.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in Outlook and LinkedIn. Experience with CRM tools is a plus but not required.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of contacts efficiently.

Salary: Up to $2000 USD per month, depending on experience.
