Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Integration Services Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Integration Services department, you will play a crucial role in providing 3rd-level technical support services and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-level technical solutions.
Responsibilities- Provide expert support and guidance to our integration teams and stakeholders.
- Serve as an escalation point of contact for technical queries related to integration.
- Support the 1st and 2nd level integration teams and ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating with various teams.
- Perform sign-off on new products in the sandbox environment and assist in the technical implementation and integration service roles.
- Contribute to adopting new technology, tools, processes, and procedures to enhance our services.
- Work collaboratively within the team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Contribute to delivering excellent service experiences and participating in strategic programs.
- Hands-on technical experience in the Payments/Fintech industry.
- Proven experience in a technical Support role in an international high-tech company.
- Knowledge and experience in the alternative payment options space.
- Familiarity with REST API and SDK, understanding technical architecture, APIs, and overall system design.
- Three or more years of relevant experience in a technical role, demonstrating the ability to solve technical issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to use data to support assumptions and define metrics.
- Collaborative thought partnered with the ability to work across multiple team boundaries.
