Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Compliance Specialist to join our team at Kenvue. As a key member of our Global Access Management (GAM) function, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, and other functions related to User Access Management Compliance. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure accurate access provisioning, review user access requests, and perform Segregation of Duties (SOD) checks.
Key Responsibilities
- User Access Management: Review access/change request forms for completeness, verify approvers based on approval matrices, and perform SOD checks to prevent conflicts with existing access.
- Provision system access as per approved access request forms, monitor weekly movement reports to ensure transfer employees have up-to-date system access, and revoke terminated users' system access on time.
- Raise access termination requests, extract user access data from source systems or obtain access reports, prepare and send user appropriateness and SOD reports, and escalate reviews to supervisors and leadership if necessary.
- Provide help and support for questions during review processes, gather review results, create action plans to remove or change access for inappropriate users, and implement regional compliance initiatives and activities.
Access Approver Management: Provide training and continuous support to business reviewers/approvers through IT SOX and Global Access Management refresher trainings, request assignment of access approvers, and monitor their performance.
Maintaining Operational Excellence: Adopt a strategic mindset for daily tasks, prepare analytics for evidence-based decision making, demonstrate learning agility, and ensure compliance with policies and drive accountability.
Being a Trusted Business Partner: Exhibit an unbiased approach to business partnering, act in an advisory capacity, collaborate on responses to corporate audits, and raise awareness about security risks and threats.
Creating Game-Changing Innovation: Demonstrate a self-motivated approach for process and continuous improvement, identify opportunities to improve current practices, and propose innovative solutions to enhance risk management.
Required Qualifications: Typically requires 0-1 year of experience in accounting, business or IT compliance, or finance fields, strong attention to detail, customer focus, communication, presentation, and training skills, proficiency in basic MS Office applications, ability to work effectively with new situations, and good interpersonal and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with SOX documentation procedures, relevant experience in risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and remediation, demonstrated experience in internal/external audit, finance, or compliance, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills, knowledge of banking environments, working knowledge of SAP or other ERP's, and digital/intelligent automation capabilities.
