About the Role- We are looking for an experienced professional with 2+ years of experience in data analysis, implementation engineering, or similar roles, ideally within compliance, SaaS, or professional services.
- The ideal candidate will have proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Excel and/or SQL, familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST), and experience with Apptega or similar compliance software.
- Data Mapping and Transformation: Work closely with clients to analyze and interpret their custom data, converting it into the appropriate format for seamless integration into the Apptega platform.
- Customer Collaboration: Partner with customers to understand their compliance requirements and specific data structures, ensuring that all conversions meet their needs.
- Implementation Support: Assist clients in configuring their Apptega environment during onboarding, providing expertise in data migration and platform setup.
- Quality Assurance: Validate data integrity and completeness post-conversion, troubleshooting and resolving any discrepancies.
- Project Management: Manage multiple customer data conversion projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed documentation of data mapping processes and provide regular status updates to internal teams and clients.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tools, templates, and processes for data conversion, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
