Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Brand Manager for our Home Care division in Colombia. As a key member of our team, you will support the development and monitoring of marketing activities to strengthen our presence in various purchasing environments.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Assisting in generating ideas that meet sales and marketing targets
  • Building presentations and plans for each region with the sales and retail marketing team
  • Monitoring marketing trends and competitor activity
  • Leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external partners and vendors

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or commercial roles
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
