Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join our team at Accommodations Plus International. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our crew accommodation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze systems, phone calls, emails, and messages to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to minimize impact on customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our operations, including crew scheduling, accommodation solutions, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve problems, and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Manage daily activities and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain fluidity and continuous information for the next work shift.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or airline crew scheduling.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
  • Ability to effectively manage workload in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer service orientation skills.
  • Flexibility to work after hours based on business demand.
  • Multilingual skills a plus, with preference for Portuguese or Spanish.
