Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager - Global Expansion. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new business partner opportunities across the globe.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
  3. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for expansion.
  4. Sales Planning: Develop and implement market sales plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  5. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms to maximise profitability and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
  • 3-4 years' prior industry-related business development experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Focused and goal-oriented, with the ability to self-manage.
  • Availability to travel throughout the Latam region.
