Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, relationship building and strategic planning, with a proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that expand our customer base and drive company growth.
Responsibilities to include:
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new business partner opportunities
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for expansion
Sales Planning: Develop and implement market sales plans that align with company goals
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing and business terms to maximise profitability
Training: provide training on product portfolio to our partners to successfully grow the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented, with the ability to self manage
- Availability to travel throughout the Latam region
